Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

2 cups or 2 tbsp. Quick Oats1 cup Peanut butter

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, gently break bananas and mash them with the back of a fork. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and incorporated. You can also use home-made peanut butter for this recipe.

1 egg
